CARRIER DELAYS

UPDATE DECEMBER 14th 2022

We are sorry to announce that we have been made aware of severe shipment delays, this being with all of our shipping agents, Evri, DPD, Royal Mail & in selected cases Yodel.

For those customers with Outstanding Orders we wish to inform you that we have contacted the above shipping agents with these concerns and are currently awaiting a response.

Through our shipping portal, we receive daily reports of outstanding deliveries and are in regular contact with shipping carriers.

We have had customers who have asked if we are able to send a replacement order. the short answer is YES we can, we hold reasonable stock levels of all of our products and have weekly deliveries, however, we have to be told BY THE CARRIER that a parcel is officially LOST before this can happen, this is because if we send a replacement order and then the original package is delivered, we are then unable to make a claim.

We are currently doing everything we can to ensure that ordered are delivered as fast as possible in the current busy Christmas Period but would ask for your patience at this time. We as a business have a responsibility to ensure that your order is either Delivered, Replaced or Refunded.

for those customers who wish to order intime for Christmas, we would currently advise selecting DPD at the checkout, as overall they are best performing.

WE REGRET TO INFORM OUR CUSTOMERS THAT, THERE ARE REPORTED DELAYS WITH MOST IF NOT ALL UK CARRIERS. ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN WHEN THINGS TAKE LONGER DUE TO THE NETWORK BEING OVERLOADED WITH ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS, NOT TO MENTION THE ON-GOING INDUSTRIAL ACTION WITH ROYAL MAIL.

WE WANTED TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT WE WILL ALWAYS SHIP YOUR ORDERS ON-TIME, HOWEVER, FOR CARRIERS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, THERE MAY BE DELAYS. THIS INCLUDES THE DPD (NEXT DAY) SERVICE WHICH IN THE MAJORITY OF CASES REMAINS NEXT DAY. HOWEVER, WITH DPD RECUDING THEIR COLLECTIONS FROM BOTH BUSINESS AND DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS, WE CAN NO LONGER GAURENTEE YOUR ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT DAY, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPTO DATE INFORMATION.

EVRI HAVE INCREASED THEIR USUSAL DELIEVERY TIMES FROM 2-4 DAYS TO 4-6 DAYS IN ORDER TO TRY TO MAINTAIN ITS SERVICES DURING THE BUSY SEASON.

WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THERE ARE ALSO MISSED COLLECTIONS FROM MAIN DEPOTS, THIS MEANS THAT ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL.

WE WOULD ASK ALL OF OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS TO BE PATIENT AT THIS TIME, HOWEVER, WE ARE HERE AND ARE HAPPY TO CHECK A PARCEL STATUS WITH OUR CARRIRS SHOULD THERE BE ANY ISSUES.

STANDARD SHIPPING - EVRI - FULLY TRACKED (2-5 DAYS)

EVRI - THIS IS FOR OUR UK STANDARD SHIPPING, IT HAS MEANT A SLIGHT INCREASE IN PRICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS THIS BEING BETWEEN 60pence & 90pence DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ORDER. BUT, THIS SERVICE IS FULLY TRACKED FROM DOOR TO DOOR, WHICH IS A VAST IMPROVEMENT ON THE (FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR) PREVIOUSLY OFFERED.

 

NEXT DAY SHIPPING - DPD FULLY TRACKED - ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 11AM, WITH AND WITHOUT SATURDAY.

DPD - THIS WILL NOW BE OUR GO TOO FOR NEXT DAY ORDERS, AGAIN THIS IS A FULLY TRACKED SERVICE, WITH A SLIGHT PRICE INCREASE OF 54pence FROM OUR PREVIOUS ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - EUROPE & WORLDWIDE - ROYAL MAIL - INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED (15-25 DAYS)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL CURRENTLY REMAIN THE SAME, HOWEVER WE WILL SOON BE USING DHL EXPRESS FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.
