1: All Payments must be made in full before we will despatch your order. We do not offer a credit facility at this time.

2: All goods remain the property of Lonestar Tactical UK, until payment has been received in full and the item has been dispatched to the delivery address.

3: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards for online purchases, these being processed via Visa, Switch, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Electron, as well as Google & Apple Pay, payments are processed through “STRIPE” there is no charge to the customer for using this facility. We also offer payments using PayPal, and Klarna. STRIPE is one of the most secure forms of online payment processing, We do not get to see any payment details, only that a payment has been made and should dispatch the item.

4: STRIPE uses “Point to Point” encryption making it one of the most secure payment portals on the market. PCI P2PE is the benchmark standard for the encryption of payment card data. It covers the entire data journey that starts at the payment terminal or Point Of Interaction (POI) device. The payment card data is secure all the way to the its decryption within STRIPE'S secure service.

5: Your billing address must be the address that your payment card is registered too. Failure to provide the correct details may result in a delay in the dispatch of your order.

6: We DO NOT accept any of the following methods of payment via our website :- Cash, Cheque, Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer.



1: Our Standard UK shipping is delivered using EVRI, this is a fully tracked service and is by far the most cost effective on the market, keeping the pricing as low as possible for the customer.

2: International Shipping either Europe or International, is processed using Royal Mail International, dependant on the country of purchase the service provided may be International Tracked, International Signed or normally, International Tracked & Signed.

3: For International shipping, our products are sent using the most cost effective service to the customer. when completing the Customs Documentation, we complete fully to the best of our knowledge. we WILL NOT make any Misleading or False claims. Please note, that on the occasions that parcels are stopped and examined by customs, this will most likely mean YOU as the customer will incur additional charges. PLEASE NOTE: Lonestar Tactical Gear are not responsible for this, or any costs incur'd by importing your purchase into your home country.


Returns Policy:

If you wish to return an item, please contact us either by email: or call us on 01215170879, we will then be able to advise you on the best course of action. Where emailing us, please include as much detail as possible, including photographs of the defect (if applicable). If the product you are returning is not faulty but no longer wanted, you must return it to us in ’as new’, unopened condition, unworn, complete condition, with all original packaging (intact & unmarked) to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to add a restocking fee depending on the product and its value, our standard restocking fee is 35%, this will be deducted from any refund that you receive. For further return criteria, please see the details below. 


Faulty or defective items:

1: If you need to return an item because it is defective or faulty (within the warranty periods defined in our terms listed below), you must inform us as soon as the fault has occurred or is as reasonably possible. 

2: If an item needs to be returned to us (following consultation) In some cases we can offer a collection service from you, this being DPD (depending on item value), however in some circumstances we reserve the right to ask you to post the item back to us, return address will be provided upon request.

3: When returning an item via post, Royal Mail First or Second Class Signed for must be used, with proof of postage obtained and a copy of the receipt emailed to

4: If an item is either collected from you at our expense or returned to us on your own accord and is found upon inspection not to be faulty, we will not refund any postage and will charge for the return collection. plus any re-delivery charges to return the item to you. 

5: If a fault is found, we will repair the item (where possible) or offer a suitable replacement (if available) this providing that the product is within the warranty period (set out below). 

6: Should there be a fault present and it falls within the defined categories (listed below) and fall within the define warranty period (listed below) which DOES NOT include general wear and tear or damage through its misuse, we (the seller) shall decide to either repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

7: Please note, items that are bespoke or that have been produced at the customers request, such as Team Patches, Call ID Patches etc, are NOT covered by this policy, unless the item is faulty upon its receipt, where the details set out above apply.


Unwanted Goods / Sent in Error:

Goods that need to be returned to us, because of a ’No Longer Wanted’ or a ‘Sent in Error’ must be returned to us in ‘Un-opened’ unused (as sold) condition, this will allow for the items re-sale. Items that must be included are as follows. 

1. Product Packaging, Instruction Booklets etc. We retain the right to issue a partial refund, (if decided). Or we may not issue you a refund at all. 

2. Bespoke products and services such as Custom Made Team Patches etc are excluded from our returns policy and we are unable to offer any refunds for these items under any circumstances. 

3. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. carriage charges (both delivery & return). 

4. You must notify us of the intent to return any item within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return an item that has been with you longer than 14 days, we may ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ accept its return at our discretion, but the return will be subject to a 35% restocking fee from any refund amount given. 

5. We cannot make any comment on your specific products until the goods are returned to us for examination. When first trying out your new purchase, please do so somewhere clean and safe - we can't exchange or refund muddy, scratched, or worn items - or their damaged packaging. Please note that no purchase can be accepted for return if our warranty has been voided.





Consumable & Perishable Goods:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of consumables or perishable goods unless the packaging is unopened and the seal remains intact, for clarification these are items such as batteries (all), gas, pyrotechnics, lubricants and bb's 


Items purchased for a third party (Gift):

The refund of a purchase for a third party (Gift), you will only receive the full purchase price for items bought as gifts, if you were the original purchaser. All gifts must be returned as per the instructions in “Unwanted Goods / Sent In Error” section above.


Damaged In Transit / Missing Items:

1. We send all parcels using either Royal Mail Second Class Signed for or DPD Next Day, the service would have been selected by the buyer upon checkout. All deliveries MUST be signed for by the addressee; we do not allow deliveries without obtaining a signature. If you contact the courier directly and change our instructions once your order has despatched to be delivered without a signature or to someone other than the addressee. You forfeit your right to make any claim with us or the courier in the event of loss or damage. 

2. Upon Arrival to you ALL parcels should be thoroughly checked and inspected for any signs of damage. This must be done whilst the courier is in attendance. In the unlikely event that you fid that your parcel has arrived damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet / device as "damaged". 

3. During Coronavirus Restrictions the courier will sign for you (Due to Social Distancing) but YOU must ensure that the courier has logged that the package is damaged. Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing or damaged item (s) on you. 

4. All goods enclosed in your delivery must be inspected in a reasonable timeframe and any missing items should be reported to us immediately via Email: Please Note, that All packages are photographed and filmed as they are packed for dispatch, with this footage being held on file for our reference.

5. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we (Lonestar Tactical UK) will NOT be held responsible for any items that have been sent to us if they become lost or get damaged in transit. You are responsible as the shipper for returning the item(s) to us. 

6. Although we specify the minimum requirement for return shipping (Royal Main First Class Signed For) we would recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery or by a Courier. A collection service is available (at cost) from us using DPD, however, please keep in mind, you (the sender) are responsible for ensuring that the goods are well packaged, as you are ultimately responsible for the return goods until they reach us. 


Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges:

If we have to refund your original purchase cost (minus any discounts used) for a returned items of any nature, we will process the refund to the original method of purchase. For example, if the original purchase payment was made using PayPal, then the refund will be completed using PayPal, however, if the purchase payment was made using a credit card, we will issue a refund to the same credit card. All refunds will be processed by Lonestar Tactical UK within 7 working days. This is from the receipt of the returned goods. 

Warranty Terms:

 All products sold by Lonestar Tactical UK, unless otherwise stated within this warranty section, will be covered by a standard warranty period of 30 days from the date of invoice/receipt of cleared payment. We can however, extend this warranty period for up to 365 days if required, however, please note, an additional fee would be payable. This fee (if required) must be paid at the time of purchase, and additional warranty cover cannot be added retrospectively.

Any item sold by Lonestar Tactical UK will have the warranty period of 30 days / 365 days void, if they are not used in the manner they were intended, or if upon inspection and examination it seems apparent that the item has been mistreated, incorrectly maintained, abused, used excessively, modified, upgraded (including changes from the manufacturers original specification), dismantled in any way by someone other than Lonestar Tactical UK, or by breaching any of the warranty terms set out above. 

All warranties are non-transferable and remain with the original purchaser and original product only.


Examples of Standard Warranty Timelines:

a. Real World Items: 12 Months

b. General Battery Powered Products (Strobes, Radios Etc) 6 Months

c. Clothing & Equipment of any brand unless otherwise stated: 3 Months

d. Consumables (Batteries, Gas, BBs, Pyrotechnics etc: No Warranty.

In all warranty claims, a copy of your proof of purchase (invoice/receipt supplied with your purchase) must be provided in order to qualify for any warranty repair.

Please note that in all instances Lonestar Tactical UK shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.


Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your Statutory Rights under Consumer Law.

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for any particular purpose, and if you are in any doubt you should check a products specifications and suitability with the named manufacturers before ordering from us.

Discounted Items:

1. We mark products that qualify for discounts with the discounted price Highlighted in RED, this is next to the price in your shopping basket. Products which do not display the RED lower price are not eligible for a discount at that time.

2. Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products and the percentage of discount given will vary between qualifying products.

3. Supplementary charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.

4. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
