PRODUCT PRICING

 

Every item that we sell coming complete in its own retail packaging, each item has a RRP, however, this is mainly for a target audience, such as a shop on a game site, normal pricing should be kept inline with Lonestar Tactical Pricing (website price) we closely monitor our trade retailers to ensure that our product is NOT being devalued or offered at below our Suggested Retail Price.  

The internet of today, has shown us that  anyone can set up a website and advertise ridiculously low prices. we will endeavour to ensure that retailers who sell our brand, are reputable and will not undercut our other trade retailers.

 

MAIN TERMS

All parcels should be thoroughly checked upon their arrival for signs of damage. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, you must still sign for the delivery and write "damaged". Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing items on you.

We offer a 30 day non-transferable warranty for all products,  No warranty covers physical damage or third party abuse. Once you re-sell the product purchased from us, your warranty with us ends.

Change Your Mind!! We may accept returns at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Prior authorisation must be obtained.

In all cases, a copy of your proof of purchase (our invoice supplied with the goods) must be provided. We will not collect/pay postage for any return from TRADE customers.

As a TRADE customer it is understood that you are providing the interface with your customer. All liabilities and responsibilities of sale are between you, as the retailer, and your customer.  Lonestar Tactical Gear is a TRADE supplier to you only, you are the retailer, and we shall not be held liable or accountable for any situation that arises between you and your customers for which we remain impartial and absent.

We do not offer any credit facilities - all payments shall be made prior to order dispatch in all circumstances and without exception. Payments will always show as LONESTAR TACTICAL GEAR on your banking statements, we do accept bank transfer as payment, if this is your preferred payment method, please contact us. Please note that in all instances we shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

Special offers, vouchers, discounts and promotions are not applicable to trade customers.
